This video turned out so sexy! It's an old, early CassieScat clip that I've updated the quality of. 

I had just gone for a run because it’s been so gorgeous out so I was all loosened up and pumped with endorphins – not to mention I had chugged a bunch of water to rehydrate! 

This meant I was ready for a dense healthy shit and a LONG pee – with some farts of course due to holding it in while I was running! Looks like good exercise makes good poops! I just let it all go and it feels so good. I feel like a new woman after this go – relieved and relaxed and ready to continue on with my day like nothing dirty and sexy had ever happened behind closed doors :o 

At the end I pick up the beautiful shit and feel how heavy and warm it is – my body temp must’ve gone up from my jog because this was one hot shit ;P Lots of food bits – nuts maybe? Look at how creamy I get when I’m shitting :D
